PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure all bookings with Zamora Agency. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Payments may be made via the approved payment methods listed at checkout. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the session.

In the event of rescheduling, notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the retainer to a new date, subject to availability.

TARDINESS POLICY
Zamora Agency values professionalism and punctuality. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.

A 15-minute grace period will be honored. After 15 minutes, session time will be reduced accordingly. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be canceled and the retainer forfeited.

Please note that session end times will not be extended due to late arrival.
